Nursing CEU Requirements

Licensees of the Florida Board of Nursing are required to renew their licenses every two years.

Florida RNs and LPNs need 20 general hours and additional hours in the following areas:

The Florida Board of Occupational Therapy requires FL occupational therapists (OT) and occupational therapy assistants (OTA) to take 22 hours of general continuing education and additional hours in the following areas:

The Florida Board of Physical Therapy requires FL physical therapists (PT) and physical therapy Assistants (PTA) to take 22 general continuing education hours and additional hours in the following areas:
